Designed and led the implementation of a system with 103 AI and advanced analytics models for detection of illicit containers in Mexican customs. The system was responsible for the largest narcotics seizures in Mexico for over 10 years of continuous operation.

Designed the social media analytics solution that made Telcel the only mobile operator in Mexico that didn't lose subscribers during the portability crisis — and that actually grew during that period.

Led the first AI-applied banking contract for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in the region — anticipating by years what is now standard and mandatory practice in the financial sector by regulators worldwide.
Subsequently led AML, fraud prevention and customer intelligence projects with the major banks of Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic.
Designed and implemented a channel distribution model in Central America with six distributors that generated 80% of regional sales.
The model was adopted by SAS Institute as the foundation for its global channel strategy — an uncommon case in global companies where a regional practice scales worldwide.
International assignment in São Paulo designing data warehouse architectures for Banco Itaú and NetBrasil — two of the most relevant institutions in the Latin American financial and technology ecosystem. A formative experience that built the technical depth of the entire subsequent trajectory.
